Japanese infiltrators

While playing the '42 scenario, about at the end of 1942 a Japanese IHQ engineer unit suddenly infiltrated San Francisco and started building pagodas...Seems to act like one of my units now. Weird.
Only other complaint is that the air combat results often seem pretty strange. A little better than the original game, but still biased towards the computer, I think. It may just be 'instant reinforcement' but IJN air groups seem to 'respawn' during the same turn after undergoing serious losses. Makes getting rid of those CAP Zeros a real chore.

Sad to say my memory fails me at such a young age but I have seen this too... only I can't remember which version it was in.
