Flash drive transfer

I transferred this game from my laptop to desk top with a flash drive.

When I try to play the game on the desktop now I get an error message telling me that there is an error with my serial number "as entered".

I have not entered the serial number anywhere as yet on the desktop so I have no idea how to address this issue.
