Matrix: Previous Owners

Post by sabre100 »

Hi -

I purchased this as a direct download from AGEOD games, can previous owners upgrade to the Matrix edition? Same as they did for For Liberty!. or for a fee?

Thanks,

Sorry, not in this case. We're not the exclusive new publisher for BoA, we're a non-exclusive additional publisher and it continues to be sold in other editions at various sites. As far as I know, all updates are still available from the AGEOD site so that everyone is on the same code level. Beyond that, it's just a matter of where the customer prefers to purchase as far as digital download system, printed box type and manual, etc.

If we were taking over BoA exclusively, we would offer some kind of update to bring previous customers up to date with our serialization and registration system but since that's not the case, we are not.

Sounds fair thanks Erik.

Maybe you guys should work with ageod and be the exclusive publisher of their upcoming ACW game now that would be cool!!

I certainly agree, that would be quite cool, but we have nothing to announce on that yet. In the meantime, try FoF if you haven't already, it's a great ACW game.

having BoA added to the Matrix Games lineup came as a bit of a shock with no warning.

if AACW is going to be a Matrix game as well, let us know asap as it is on my must-buy list. [:)]
