Copy League

Post by RoxnSox »

I just developed an access 2000 db that allows you to copy an existing league or delete a league (except for the original 3).

When it copies the league, it assigns a new name and abbreviation of your choice but keeps all other information the same, while creating a new league ID in the MainData.mdb and all of the tables that have a league ID in the lge_ db.

Does anybody have any interest in checking this out? Or did I just waste some time? :)

I'd also like to convert this to a different language so it can be more universally used(probably C#, since I just downloaded the visual studio for it), if there's any interest.

Mods/David/Matrix, if I'm breaking any policies let me know and delete this post. Thanks.

I think this is great. Wouldn;t this allow the posting of NFL rosters/leagues that we could download, something I've been waiting for for quite awhile and i can't believe im the only 1...
