Tip of the Cap to the Map!

Post by MkXIV »

I just wanted to mention that, from an artwork standpoint, I really like the game map. It has the right period "feel." The shading and hatching of the provinces and state borders really works and looks great, I REALLY like the way the state name will blend depending how much of the state each side has. Well Done Guys! [8D]

Have you had much dealing with the "River Provinces" yet? They're an interesting idea, and work well enough---but the "crowding" and "unit locations" can get to be a real mess during play...

Well that was a problem, I am slowly learning to where I need to click for the river provinces (it is frustrating though) the unit stacking is a real problem though, but as I said from an artwork standpoint, I like the map.
