? Can you Undo a development choice ?

I selectedf a factory for a city I do not want a factory.

Great Question! I too have had this problem, backspace doesn't work.

Actually, backspace will work. Read the white signage at the bottom of the map and slowly hit backspace until it says "Undo Development". Unfortunately, the undo button only undoes the last command so if development is your first thing, you basically have to undo your entire turn to cancel the factory. I find the current process to be very cumbersome so I'd add a change to the wish list thread if you find it cumbersome as well.

The other thing, you won't see your money returned right away, you need to click around or get into a menu before it looks like it credits you your money (or other resource). It's a cosmetic bug.
