in-season aging model - how do I track it?

Post by bobsayah »

I chose the new in-season aging model for my association and I'm on May 29th on my first season since installing PS2007. How do I know if any ratings changes have occurred, and if so, whether or not a player's ratings are headed up or down?

I asked for something like this too, but it's not part of the implementation. You just have to "watch" your players and gauge their performance and possible ratings changes yourself. They won't be reflected in the game UI until next seasons Spring Training.

Hey bobsayah,

You have to wait until your second association season.
I guess the game is comparing this years ratings to last.

Go to team reports. Then player rating changes.
Every time the scouts reevaluate talent, go look at this report.
It will show you how much the players stats have gone up or down as compared to last year.

Also noticed that the numbers on the report are added together.
For example.
You've got a guy that went up +3 in power the first time scouts reevaluated him.
Then the second time that season they reevaluate he's got +4 power.
His power has actually gone up 4 not 7.
