Greetings to all,after a long time i am back in bussines.
My opponent is dpstafford,we are playing grand campaign on latest Andrew map.
House rules are:

1 - No new TFs for allies on turn 1
2 - No changes in allied orders for planes on turn one
3 - New orders for allied TF allowed only to the already formed TFs on turn one.
4 - No allied 4Es night bombing( only naval and city attacks allowed at night).
5 - No allied 4Es mission from AFs less than 5
6 - KB is allowed to raid Manila,PH or Singapore on turn one.
7 - Landings on non-base hexes NOT allowed.
8 - no sub commando kamikaze raids
9 - no float planes other than Glens allowed on subs

AAR for 7-10 12. 1941

MALAYA

Invasion begins at dawn,target Khota Baru. IJA lands with two divs. while transports full of support units waits 60 miles east of Khota Baru.
After two days of disembarkings units of 5th and 18th division attacks enemy and push them towards Kuala Lumpur. Transport ships start to unload
troops and within one week.Khota Baru will be full of bombers which would turn Singapore to dust.
Meananwhile,other units unloading in Singora. Imperial guards loading on ships in Kampong.
Malaya peninsula will be swarm with seven divisions along with one mix bde.

KB attacks Singapore on turn one,kates has the order to take bombs instead of torpedoes.
POW was the main target and hit with 65 bombs,Repulse and cruisers was also heavy damaged.
But,imperial navy wants POW to be destroyed. Next day 118 nells from Saigon take off to finish her.
POW was hit with four torpedoes and sinks later that day,Repulse is heavy damaged,but still afloat.
KB will now do the "Borneo circle" sinking everything on the way.

Operation "Malaya" is led by 25th army which consist of 7 divisions,3 tank reg.,1 mixed bde along with combat engineers.
200 bombers and 100 fightera are stationed in Khota Baru ready to bomb Singapore. In few days bombing campaign will start.
Estimated time to conquer Singapore is mid january.

BORNEO

35th brigade land at Kuching on day one,tommorow Kuching will be liberated,Brunei,Miri and Yasselton are liberated on day two.After fall of Kuching
all forces will assemble there for upcoming invasion of Palembang. He did some incursions with destroyers on invasion fleet which invade Yasselton
and sinks one transport ship. These incursion is mistake because baby KB will find those destroyers and destroy them shortly.

PHILIPPINES

After long debate in Imperial HQ we decide to assign 3 divisions to Philippines along with two tank regiments. 14th army has orders to liberate Philippines.
On day one we land at Appari,Vigan,Laong and San Marcelino,we liberated them on day two. Appari AF is fixed and four sentais of sally and one lilly
sentai stationed there for upcoming bombing campaign against Manila. One zero daitai and one zero chutai will provide fighter escort.
Mindanao is whole conquered,three daitais of betty and one zero daitai is stationed there. Renegade ships from Manila will be catched and promptly sunk.
Baby KB hunting renegade ships in Celebes sea,we manage to sink several,but no one can escape.
He manage to surprise invasion fleet in San Marcelino with PT boats,escort destroyers sink 3 of them but he manage to damage my three destroyers,destroyers
is sent to Taichu to repair floating damage and then will go to Japan on repairs.
CL Boise is sunk south of Mindanao,i dont know where is Houston but she cannot evade destiny for too long.
4th division embarking on ships in Shangai and then will be sent to Philippines.
38th division will be sent to Philippines after liberating HK.
Estimated time to conquer Phillipines is mid march 1942.

PACIFIC

Guam,Makin,Tarawa and Nauru are liberated. Tarawa will be turn to major airbase.
2nd division along with SSD sailing to Truk because of upcoming invasion of Rabaul and PM.
Wake is liberated on day one
I will elaborate future plans for pacific later.

BURMA

Major push in Burma will have to wait because of Malaya campaign.
Two mixed bde and one tank regiment has orders to take Moulmein and wait for divisions currently in Malaya to conquer Rangoon.
Tavoy and Victoria point will be liberated with paras

MALAYA

Great news! Force Z stop to exist,Repulse is reported sunk in Singapore.
Troops unloading at Khota Baru and Singora. Tommorow bombing campaign will start against Singapore. Many ships a spoted along Malaya coast sailing
north,Nells cannot attack because of bad weather. I suspect that he evacuate some troops from Singapore,maybe engineers,because Singapore
AF is still damage of my initial attacks.
Invasion of Kuantan will be supported with KB.

BURMA

Troops slowly marching towards Rahaeng,they will need lot of time to reach initial attacking spot.
Victoria point is liberated with our brave paratroopers,tommorow,Tavoy will be attacked with paras.

After a long debating at Imperial HQ we decide to launch operation "Gamble".
This operation is to land at Mersing and quickly block the way to Singapore,this is a bit risky so big forces are assign to this mission.

2.Close support will provide admiral Kondo with 2 BBs,6 CAs and 10 DDs

Operation "Gamble" rolling,ships has reach meeting point 240 miles north-east of Mersing,armada now rolling to Mersing.
Bombers from Khota Baru didnt fly today because of bad weather[:@],Singapore AF is still damage and i think that he manage to escape with few units to India under cover of clouds and fog.
Alor Star is liberated and troops will continue to march south.

PHILIPPINES

18th division reach Lingayen,liberation day for Lingayen is tommorow then we rest and wait for 16th division and push to Clark.
Meanwhile,48th division enters in empty Tuguearo. 4th division approaching Naga while 38th will came from HK.
I think that he retreating to Bataan,with some speed movement i will be able to separate his troops in Bataan from those in Manila.
Invasion fleet for Ambonia loads at ships in Davao,i will bypass Sulawesi and take Amboina first.

Zeros is set to 240 per month which will be available after repairs,Rufe is cancelled along with nates,sonias.
Engine factorys produced mitshubishi,nakajima,aichi,kawasaki. Other production is cancelled,kawasaki is at 90 pcs and aichi is at 20. i will have enough to motorize judys and tojos[:D].
Armament factory is slightly upgraded but not much,i plan to upgrade these factories to produce arround 700pcs in 1942.

MALAYA

As i said before he move dozen PT boats in Singapore harbor,these PTs a great treat to my invasion force and KB. But,great general Hawker has plan which is approved by imperial HQ.
Zeros from Kuching,KB and Khota Baru are sent to devastating naval attack against PTs,the result of this attack was complete destruction of PTs,150 zeros attacks and sink all PTs in Singapore area. Invasion force are now safe.[:D]
Next day invasion started and two divisions are at Mersing facing two Brittish units,first attack was unsuccesfull and we gain one fort down,plan is that we dont attack any more and wait for main forces to cut the retreat path and destroy those two units.
Few units less too fight in Singapore[;)]. Kuantan is abandoned and will be taken by paras.
KB sail south and sink one tanker in Palembang.What he trying to do?Take my oil away?No chance[:-]
Main forces marching south and tommorow will be at Taiping. Sallys from Khota Baru every two days brings horror and destruction to Singapore[:D]

MALAYA

Taiping is liberated and troops marching south to Kuala Lumpur,in week or two we shall reach Johore Baru and smash Singapore to pieces[:D].
Deep south,in Mersing,two divisions wait for main forces to came,they mauled two Brittish unit at Mersing,i think that he cannot retreat them in time[;)]
Paradrop is scheduled at Kuantan tomorrow.
He try to hurt my invasion force at Mersing with last three PTs,but Kondo was ready and disperse this treat[8D].
Singapore is heavily bombarded,but AF is still operational.

PHILIPPINES

Troops reach Clark,he has 16 units there,i will wait for 38th division which currently unloads at Lingayen and push him to Manila,or Bataan,i dont care.
Manila is heavily bombarded from Appari.
Bettys from Davao continue too sink renegade ships[:D].
Puerto princesa and Taytay are liberated today.
KB approaching Davao and sinks everything on the road,two TKs and one AP will never make to their harbors again[:D]

PACIFIC

Alert! sub spoted 5 CAs twenty clicks east from Wake,probably US carriers is on the way,Wake has one Mavis squadron and we shall closely monitor movement of this treat.
Troops are almost ready at Truk,direction Rabaul.

Amboina is attacked,invasion fleet starts to disembark our brave troops,tomorrow we shall try deliberate attack.
Dutch aircrafts try too answer on this invasion with crazy attacks,normally they had no result because they droped their silly bombs at Tanakas BBs[:D]

AAR FOR 22-23/12/1941

MALAYA

Our brave units reach Kuala Lumpur today,tomorrow Kuala Lumpur will be liberated and we shall continue to stroll south.
21st and 56th division holding two enemy units at Mersing and waiting for main forces to finish them.
Paratroopers liberated Kuantan today,Singapore will fall soon[;)]
Singapore AF is closed at last. !49 sallys from Khota Baru close the airport and destroy 40 planes on ground.

BURMA

Slow motion of my troops continue,there are 44 miles from Moulmein.
Moulmein AF is bombarded by second grade bombers-lilys,sonias,anns escorted by second grade fighters-oscars.
Zeros will came here only if he brought some good fighters,i mean any fighters[:D]

DEI

Pontianak is invaded today,two naval units disembark here,i have two Nlfs if these units a not enough,he try to attack from Batavia but zeros on LRCap from Kuching disperse poor Dutch fighters[:D].
Amboina is liberated today along with Boela,i will turn Amboina to big airbase.
Baby KB sails to Truk to support invasion of Rabaul while Tanakas BBs sail to Davao for support invasion of Tarakan.

PHILLIPINES

He will make first stand in Clark,Clark has now 19 enemy units,that may be a problem because 4th division cannot brake thru at Naga,tomorrow is scheduled attack on Naga,if i break thru here he will must retreat from Clark to Manila. Lets see.
Manila is in ruins,sallys from Appari destroying city,now i will divert them to ground attack on Clark.

CHINA

I gather almost 4500 APs in central China,attack will start soon,sonias and anns attacking Homan airport on daily basis.
Far north troops will cross river north of Yenen soon,giant claws will than close in north-central China.

FUTURE PLANS

I ask Dan if he want to add some house rule about Russia and he was surprised.
He didnt ask for any house rule,that will be just like walk in the park[;)].
I have a three options after take DEI and Malaya:

1.India
2.Northern OZ
3.Russia

India is most difficult option because i will must overstretch my forces and my south gains will be in jeopardy,and i dont have experience regarding India.

Norhern OZ is good target because if i take Darwin he will not be able to bombard my supply centers in DEI,but that is risky operation because i will must count great losses if i choose to go there

Russia,maybe easiest target,without house rules it will be easy target.
I ordered gathering point at Harbin which has a great AF,Mutakiang is building AF too along with bases in northern Japan.
I will be able to gather 1 000 000-1 250 000 troops for attack after campaigns in PI,DEI and Malaya.

Any suggestion?

AAR FOR 24-28 12/1942

Being busy last days for AAR but battle continues.

MALAYA

Troops reach Johore Baru,everything go as planned. He manage to retreat with his mauled units from Mersing[:@].
Divisions promptly take Mersing and proceed to Johore to meet with main forces.
Singapore AF is closed and will remain closed,sallys from Khota Baru devastate the city,tomorrow Johore Baru will be liberated and our glorious heavy bombers will operate from Johore,transports standing by to airlift air support units.
Doomsday for Singapore is coming[:D].

PHILIPPINES

Troops reach Clark and launch deliberate attack,we manage to crumble one fort,two more to go. Sallys from Appari destroying ground forces at Clark,Clark will probably fall tomorrow[:D]

BURMA

Another day of slow motion in Burma jungle,troops slowly approaching Moulmein.
Obsolete bombers from Rahaeng doing a good job and keeping Moulmein garrison on constant pressure.

DEI

Being careless last days and he manage to surprise invasion fleet at Pontianak,few transports is sunk,but no lost of troops,Pontianak is liberated.
KB approaching Jawa from south,lets see what we can catch[:D]
After this action KB will regroup at Saigon in three separate division,Shokaku and Zuikaku will sail to Truk to help Invasion of Rabaul and PM.
Tarakan will be visited by Tanakas BBs,after that 56th bde will take the base[;)]

CHINA

Troops approaching Homan,almost 5000 APs is here,from north troops approaching Yenen,as soon they enters the city production will be put on hold[:D][:D].

PACIFIC

Baby KB is reffited in Truk with new planes(zero) and set sail along with invasion fleet-direction Rabaul. Zuikaku and Shokaku are few days away,running at full speed to Truk.
Imperial command issue order and 20 subs forming ring arround Rabaul,3 squadrons of Mavis dispatched to warn invasion fleet of any intruders(like enemy CVs).

Johore Baru is liberated today,transport planes will airdrop air regiment to Johore.
Sallys are resting at Saigon for final bombing campaign at Singapore.

KB is in sea around Jawa and sail to Saigon for regroup.
In Amboina engineers fixing the AF,soon we will launch invasion of Timor.
Recon planes are already in Amboina and soon as AF is fixed LBA will be transported here.

PACIFIC

Hollandia,Aitape Wewak,Dagua and Admiralty islands are liberated,next stop-Rabaul.
20 subs are dispatched around Rabaul.

SITUATION REPORT AND FUTURE PLANS

Ok,we enter in 1942 year and i will elaborate some thoughts,

MALAYA-DEI

Troops marching from Johore Baru to Singapore and in two days they will shock Singapore,seven elite IJA divisions along with two tank regiments should be able to crumble Singapore very quickly,i say Singapore will be liberated around 10.01.1942,that is good job[;)].
After the Singapore i will detach two divisions and one tank regiment,and sent them to Burma.One of these divisions should be Imperial guards.
Two other divisions will be sent to Jawa.
Last three divisions will be sent to Phillipines and after that whole army currently at Phillipines should go to Port Arthur for upcoming invasion of Russia.
35th bde with 2 SNLFs and one naval gdn loading in Kuching for invasion of Palembang,Palembang will be liberated before Jawa campaign starts.

BURMA

15th army should be able to conquer Moulmein and maybe Rangoon,but for anything else i must wait for divisions currently involved in Malaya. Soonn i will start para campaign in Burma.Plans are still developing.
So far i use only obsolete aircrafts in Burma,that will change after Malaya campaign.
First main objective is Rangoon and second is to cut Burma road.

CHINA

Main plan for China is kick him out from northern China,5000 APs is assembled for quick march thru Homan to Sian while two divisions try to encircle Homan from west,lets see if we can capture some of chinese soldiers.
Two division will enter Yenen on north and stop production in city while three cavalry bdes will try to encircle Yenen from north.
In China i use only obsolete dive bombers and nate fighters,because of AVG in the area i transfer two zero daitais in China to wipe AVG out.

PHILLIPINES

So far the most troubling front is on Phillipines,i am stuck on Clark and Naga. Two US divs blocking my 4th division at Naga,in Clark i slowly break forts,i simply must wait for additional forces to came. Maybe transfer 4th division with ships to reinforce Clark and rely on 5 strong SNLFs to hold Naga,i dont know.

PACIFIC

Soon Rabaul will be invaded,invasion force approaching. On liberated Admiralty islands one AV supports Mavis squadron in order to warn invasion fleet of any enemy treats,so far everything is quiet, 20 subs forming circle around Rabaul to watch for enemy ships in area.
Rabaul is only first objective,second is PM which is main target.

KWANTUNG AREA ARMY REPORT

Troops massing at Harbin,i will need 10-14000 APs for succesfull attack on Russia.
First wave must be gigantic,when put that in numbers that will be:

1. 10-14000 APs (1 000 000-1 250 000 mens)
2. 400+ bombers
3. 400+ fighters
4. Almost all combined fleet fore shore bombardment

I will not repeat mistake like against GH,troops will be concetrated in one gigantic attack.
Today,officially operation "Barbarossa" is approved in Imperial HQ.
