PBEM helper application now available

The PBEM helper application supports now Pacific War (other supported games are Steel Panthers: World At War and Combat Mission).

Hey guys if you play alot of pbem games this program is the one to use. It keeps track of them for you plus you don't have to hear that Banzaiii any more.

The best part of this tool can only be aktivated, if both side use the PBEM-helper. Just test it.
