Creating Leagues

Can you copy the default teams in a newly created league? Using some of the teams and players but adding new ones? How is this done.

You can just add teams and rename it before clicking on new season.  If you reinstall the latest patch I think it will put back the original league incase it needs to be there when you start up the game.
