I downloaded the game a long time ago and managed to delete the manual, please be gentle with me.

How do you rebase your subs? I seem to remember there was a jap base in Borneo that if you bomb, oil production is cut in half for the whole game. Which base is it and is it considered cheating to strike it?

How do you increase the experence of your land units?

Cyberwop,

1.) Place your sub unit at the base desired.
2.) Alt-m
3.) (R)emove

This relocates the sub units base.

Palembang is the base your thinking of that has oil production of 45 that reduces to 5.

Activate LCU's to gain experience. Send your lower experience units into battle this works better.

Look for a thread called "Premature war end" it has a link to Rich Dionnes's web site. When your there download PWHintsll, this has a lot of helpful information.
