Need some assistance please.......

i created a league and downloaded some playbooks for 11 man teams. when i play my team,most of my players line up over the line of scrimmage then i have linebackers in backfield[X(] Same with field goals,and they sack me before i can kick. any suggestions???

They've not been placed into the correct folder. All plays and playbooks need to be in the plays folder.
 
I'm assuming that the stock playbooks and teams work?

All plays and playbooks are in the correct folder and i have the latest patch. Now what??? should i do a new install?

If the stock ones work, I would contact the person that created the plays and playbooks you downloaded.

As I recall, some old plays did this after an update some time ago.  How old are the new playbooks?

I downloaded the playbooks from http://www.fbmax.com/unsorted.asp  i think they were made in nov. or dec.
