serial key no longer works

i can install the game with my serial key and have the opening videos play but then get an error report. i installed the game fine originally, then uninstalled it, then reinstalled it and have the current problem. i think the error report says that i am not authorized to play the game

i bought the game from my parents house because i didnt want to misuse school bandwidth, (im in rez) and i installed it there to test it. my ip address was changed scince buying the game. i would be more than happy to provide my ordering details if need be
