biI & BiN re-install

Hi,

I re-installed BiN/BiI on a new pc, using the download option from Matrix. Also recieved my serial numbers from Matrix. The game seems to play solo well enough, but as soon as I try to start/play an email game I get an "must be played on a registered machine" error.

I have emailed matrix support and other emails I happen upon and no joy to date. Any ideas?
