Stuck in Operation Nightfall (spoilers)

No idea what to do now. I'm at Marak I've destroyed every fleet possible, though I haven't touched the ground bases, haven't needed to progress in the campaign. I'm hovering about Marak, and there's a red blip I can't target (presumably the last ship, -XF224 Unknown under Civilian Traffic in the forces list) I got that message from Sara about something being up with the consulate...

And...

Besides flying around this red blip I can't target or destroy, there's pretty much nothing for me to do. Where is this supposed to go from here? I'm on Day 14, if that matters.

yeah, I did a few searches, didn't turn up anything as far as I could see.

Hmmm. Unknown ship - they don't do anything. That I can tell they're no important to plot progress (though they do give you lots of points for the destroyable ones). You should be able to just leave it be. Eventually something should happen.

You might want to look at the "Forces" composition in the pre-mission area - see what the enemy has.

What were the last ships you destroyed?
