Won't start help please

Just got this via download from Matrix games webshop.
Installed and patched to 5.01.
Started and the dreaded black screen and error message.
I have looked through the forum and renamed the exe file.

I have seen this reported many times, with similar symptoms...
 
enter in GRAPHICS CARD in the search block in this forum and read a few of the latest posts...I think you'll find your answer.
