Decent Allied Opponent Wanted--Dec 8 start

Howdy, lost an opponent recently, looking for a new game as Japan vs. Allied Opponent

Looking for someone EXPERIENCED, not EXPERT, for a balanced game; I've played maybe 10 total months PBEM, and I'm at 5/42 in another game as Japan currently. Looking for someone around same skill level.

Good for 10 or so turns a week; sometimes more, sometimes less, work permitting

Flexible on house rules, my only ones are those P-38's at start have to stay on the West Coast and no 4E naval attack under 10K feet.
