Unable to load troops.

Hi there; I have a question regarding the loading of troops. I understand the process and can do it fine; however I have found that on some occasions, having created a TF, when I then select the Load Troops option there are no troops that are able to be loaded, despite the presence of non-static ground units in the same hex. This happens in multiple ports, from Sydney to San Diego. I don't know if I've explained myself very clearly, so the procedure is as follows:
1. I create a new TF and set it as a Transport Mission.
2. I select the requisite ships (AKs and APs, etc).
3. I set the destination.
4. I click on Load Troops. As you know this brings up the popup window in which the desired troops can be selected. Very occasionally the troops in that hex (ie port) will be listed. However most often this popup screen is entirely blank, or else will only list a couple of units (ie in Sydney I believe the choices are two HQ units, despite the presence of several other units).
5. I therefore have no choice but to disband the TF.
Currently I am trying to get infantry from San Diego to Pearl Harbor and from Australia to PNG; however due to the inability to select them it is impossible. I was therefore wondering if I am overlooking something obvious (which wouldn't surprise me!) or if there is a fault with my setup which means that the units simply will not display.
I'd appreciate any replies; other than this issue, which may turn out to be more me stupidly overlooking something than an issue, I think this is a fantastic game.

It's because some of the troops are assigned to restricted cmnds. You have to change their cmnd to un-restricted to load. There's a sticky thread in WitP forum that answers alot of questons.

Ha! Cheers mate, I knew it would be me and not the game! I did search the forum prior to posting, but obviously not quite closely enough. Thanks for the quick reply!
