trouble installing

i dont know if it is vista or what is going on but i just purchased puresim baseball and downloaded it from your website and i keep getting a failure in load library message i have deleted and re downloaded several times but have had no luck any ideas on how to fix

If you haven't tried it already you might try reading the Help please, Shaun! thread, it has a link to tweaking Puresim for Vista instructions.

I am having a similar problem with Version 1.75 and Vista Home (Ver. 6.0, Build 6002).  I read the help pages, changed everything to compatibility mode for XP SP2, and set it to run as Administrator and it still doesn't work.  The startup screen loads fine, I select the season option and click OK, the sound begins (along with the music) but it never actually gets beyond the while "Loading" screen.  It's obviously is hanging up looking for a file or something but I can't seem to figure it out.
 
Any thoughts?
