It appears that Atlanta punted. NY got the ball at the 3 yardline. They ran a play that lost 2 yards. Then it shows them kicking off to Atlanta. There is a missing score that I am assuming is a safety, but it does not appear in the game log.
Also, If you look at the quarter throughout the game log, it always shows the 4th quarter.
