Help with patches please?

I've just bought this game (owned it years ago and didn't play it much) but I've since had an interest in the series and wanted to give it a go again.

My problem is, there are 3 patches - 1.10, 1.11 and 112b. I've installed 1.10 successfully, but 1.11 is asking for disk 1 and says "Across the Dnepr"...so it seems I cannot add this patch...however, 112b requires both 110 and 111 to be installed.

Can anyone clear up the patch issue I'm having here please.

Which version did you get? Sounds like you did the DD(?). That game should be DD as v1.12 (I think)... main point of v1.12 patch was to do away with the annoying CD in drive to play... as well as enable DD if I understood what happened correctly.

Perhaps Gregor or ErikR can clear this up.

Sounds like a funny issue with your 1.11 patch. Can we confirm whether you have the physical version, or the direct download version, and where you bought it? There were 2 versions sold, a European version identified by the justplay logo on the cd/case (which you probably have if you bought a physical copy in England) and the Matrix version for the USA. If you have the european version, you need to obtain your patches from justplay, which ive just had a look for and been unable to find, so give me an email to support@ssg.com.au, and i'll sort you out with the updates.

Hi,
Have you got any sort of spam filtering on your email account which might have gobbled up my reply? Do you have an alternate email address? i sent my reply to your yahoo address.

I use Yahoo, so there is a spam filter built in, but it would surprise me to think it stopped your emasil...still...never say never.

I got both message from Matrix games sayign you posted here and sent a pm....I will check the filter, and thx for sorting this issue out for me...I will get back to you if I have any problems (at work so can't look just now)

My apologies...I didn't think to check the spam folders. Your email was in there.

I use yahoo with built in spam filter, but use Outlook as the mail client...so the spam does not get down...so I often forget to check the spam folders if I'm checking something because I invariably forget that yahoo is the client and has spam filtering.
