Game freezes when I join

Well. I play CC4 only by TCP connection and after having opened all necessery doors I face no problems.But when trying to play multiplayer by TCP I see the hosts game but after pushing join not only my game freezes but the oponent one also.I even DMZ my router but no sucess.

- Is it a problem with my game?
- Router issues?
- Is there any other way of playing multiplayer?

Cross of Iron or Close combat IV?
 
Ports forwarded?
All firewalls allowing the game?

IM playing both.CIV I have no problem at all.But COI is the issue.I turned off all firewalls and open all necessary ports.
