Unable to run Pacific War NT2k

Program just hang up after credits screen. My OS NT2K Prof. SP1.
Any ideas, suggestions?

It doesn't surprise me that it wouldn't run on NT anything. It was originally a DOS program that was modified. I know it runs on Win98 and probably 95.

Does anyone out there know for sure Pacific War runs on a Win98 machine??

I'm running 98 SE and haven't had a problem.
Have you tried typing the

mem/c/p

command at the DOS prompt ? This'll tell you
how much conventional memory you've got free, and what programmes are being loaded.
You'll want at least 600k free to run pacwar
