Is there an RHS webpage or general description/details anywhere?

Looking for something that explains this project and all it entails. I see a lot of threads but no real clear picture. Right now I currently use CHS and love it because of its attempt at historical accuracy but as it has slowed its progress I was wondering if RHS is a CHS upgrade? Or is it completely different and more of an ahistorical scenario? Any help would be appreciated!
