The hyperlink takes me to the full ver (342 MB) download and not the 137 MB file. I can't find the 137 MB file anywhere else.

Help please!

I've downloaded that file along time ago, so I looked back at what you where refering to, and I see what you mean. To download Ver2.0 to 4.0(the 137mb file)you then link to the Game Domain that only offers the complete 300+mb download. The Admin or Wild Bill should be made aware of this.
