Run Time Error 3021

Run Time Error 3021

Tried scanning previous posts and didn't see anything directly fixing this error...

I'm running a multi-player historical assocation in career mode and finished my first season. Went through backup and new player draft...when I get to free agent draft and complete week 1, I get the above error message with the comment "no current record"

This crashes the game. I have gone back and pulled the backup and I get the same error at the same point.

any advice?
