BHQ for people who don't know

Post by inquisiteur »

I used, for 2 weeks now, to log each time on the default BHQ through the game launcher, and I never saw more than 3 players at a time. Today a player just told me to go on the "lobby", didn't really know what he meant because on the default BHQ there is not lobby at all....so I looking at the menu and saw that I was able to download the "power lobby client" which allowed me to access to the COI lobby, which is generally a good place to find many players.

Hope that helpy people that were in my situation.

Thanks for the heads up.  After installing it I realized that there is an option under "configure" for "Game Filter" ...I think from there you can add the other rooms.

Now the question is how to get the window to stretch out so I can see if anyone is actualy in the COI room?

Yeah that seemed to be the obvious thing for me too...however it wont allow me to drag it. Not a big deal.

Well I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other so I keep my 19" monitor set on a max screen size of 1024x768 and neither dragging nor maximizing BHQ allows me to see how many players are in the CoI lobby because the Close Combat - Cross of Iron lobby name is tooooooooooooo loooooooong to fit in the lobbies list window. A simple renaming of the CoI lobby room to a shorter name such as "Close Combat - CoI" would help tremendously.

I recently had my glasses upgraded to trifocals. Isn't growing older great!

It took me awhile to figure out that the default text color was black. So when I went there I never saw anything.

Now I have to make sure I got my connection figured out and play against the A.I to knock the rust off.
