Cool feature in the next CE release

I added something to the next CE release that I have been wanting for a while. The ability to setup a qucik sandbox mode association with just 2 teams. It's cool because you can set it up, import the teams using the standard import tools and then schedule a 4, 7, 81, 162 Game series... This weekend I setup a sandbox association with finances off, injuries off and in full replay only mode for the 2004 Red Sox vs. 1927 Yankees

I simmed the replay season 5 times and my Red Sox absolutely smoked the Skankees

Which brings me to something I've been wanting to do for a while... I think I may look at doing some finer grained import normalization work. All things relative, Babe Ruth was so far above the rest of the pack back in those days it stands to reason that he should be hitting for more "2007-esque" HR levels (since I imported the teams into a 2007 season). This will be a fun project.

Hmm, interesting Red Sox code in there.  Does it apply to the team name or anyone who ever played for the Sox?

Great addition Shaun!  I'm a lifelong Bosox fan and will love repeatedly beating the Yanks. 
 
It's things like this that have made me want to continue supporting Pure Sim, first by purchasing and now by cheerfully donating.  I think there are a lot of people out there that will donate to encourage you to keep doing these improvements (on a part time basis - family first!).
