Awesome Game

Battlefront features the power of battalion-level combat in some of this period's most bloody and intense conflicts: Saipan, Market Garden, Novorossisk, and Gazala. Players will have realistic control over their soldiers, with a tactical scale just large enough to make a telling difference in the strategic picture.

Awesome Game

Post by FJCostanzo »

Thank you SSG for producing such a high quality product as usual. I have started on PBEM game, and enjoying every minuite. I really like the direct fire feature. I have been playing these types of games for years, and there has always been a void at this scale.

My only complaint would be the manual needs to give some more details.

Thanks again, and I am really looking forward to future releases.

I'm proud of having paid for what is probably the best operational wargame available in the market.

I'll make sure I buy every single product that SSG releases in the next decade. The more I study the system, the more I like the logic and soundness of its rules.

I'm very grateful to SSG for this game. To me, it's a great game and I enjoy it very much. I hope that they will continue with this format.

Amazing game and it sort of grows on you... At first I had some criticism (unit graphics, manual) but the more I play it (mostly PBEM but against the AI too) the more I like it.

I have always loved the SSG graphic style, from TAO2 onwards. The scale of DBWII was too big for my taste though. Not to mention the lack of C&C. Both of these are addressed in BF, and it's great [:)]

Now that I've had mine a couple of days.  I agree, great game.

... there's so much potential here its going to be wonderful when more scenario's are created.  ... and I may jump in on sce design after I get the hang of all the techniques to make me a better player.

thanks

So how is the AI. Is it better than BiN & BiI?

I'm not sure yet; have seen some cases where the AI looks much better and some cases where I wonder what the hell the AI was thinking.

When I fiigure out how to write AI Cards I'll be able to discuss this a little more definitively.

It sounds like it's about the same. Thanks for the honest reply JSS.
