every time i try to click to BHQ, it says i need to load this dang 'soundsmart software'

i actually found by google this software, but it wont install!

yes i have Vista Home Premium, but i was having this problem with XPsp2.

first time i loaded the tester version, no problems, can only think its my new netgear modem(its new also)

ideas?
