Hang Problem

I just purchased the game and like so many others here in the forum I am experiencing a hang. The game will not load, it just hangs. Is there a phone number to call with which to talk to someone in support? It is very aggravating as it is a new purchase. I have reinstalled and reinstalled (without Norton and with Norton). I have started the game with Norton off and on but to no avail. I only see the opening screens and hear the opening music then it freezes. [&:][&:]
