Need help with Battle HQ

How do I get on Battle HQ? When I click on it in the Command Center nothing happens. Any help or suggestions on what to do to fix lit would be appreciated.

It means you cancelled the installation before it completed!
 
run CloseCombatCC.exe from your \support folder.
 
C:\Program Files\Close Combat\Close Combat III\Support\CloseCombatCC.exe
