I just had something happen in my game. The Union AI disembarked a div in lower mississippi. The next turn it must have used the Union RR bonus because I had used up all of my 12[:)] and went from NO to Nashville in one stategic move.
Your never Lost if you don't care where you are.

maybe it brought a few Locos with them on the ships ?
