Trouble using ACOW Editor

Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. TOAW3 is updated and enhanced version of the TOAW: Century of Warfare game series. TOAW3 is a turn based game covering operational warfare from 1850-2015. Game scale is from 2.5km to 50km and half day to full week turns. TOAW3 scenarios have been designed by over 70 designers and included over 130 scenarios. TOAW3 comes complete with a full game editor.

Trouble using ACOW Editor

I've followed the help materials that came with the last patch, but when I try to load the ACOW exe file and then the current equipment xml (and they seem to load everything but the graphics) it says that it can't find the graphics. Then when I try to click on the Units Tree, I can't call up any individual unit and a File Not Found graphics\equipment\256bmp followed by a files not found graphics\j00000g.bmp.

I am a novice at this kind of stuff (clearly), but so ready actually modify equipment.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Are you talking about BioEd? There's a thread that helps explain how to make BioEd know where the graphics files are. You can find that thread here:

If you're not talking about BioEd, I'm not sure what the problemo is.
