the sketch from the same episode, where he is a basketball player is also hilarious.

looks like all those commercials helped pay off in the acting department

I think winning the Super Bowl made him relax in life...Before he always appeared to wound too tight.

Like Steve Young, winning the Superbowl made Manning a legitimate Hall of Fame candidate.  Young had superior statistics to Joe Montana, but Montana was always going to be viewed as better because of his Superbowl rings.  Manning has superior statistics to Tom Brady, but Brady has the multiple Superbowl rings.
 
I still believe Joe Montana may be the best quarterback of the modern era, but there is now an argument for Steve Young or Peyton Manning.
 
Dan Marino and Fran Tarkenton are considered two of the greatest quarterbacks of all time, but neither won a Superbowl, and that tarnishes their careers a bit - even though there were many other factors involved in their Superbowl losses other than the play of the quarterback position alone.
