ModSwap Can't reinstall mod

Could someone point out where ModSwap keeps the list of installed mods?

I decided to try some multiplayer and after seeing the 'do not play with any mods!' warning, I brought up COI and uninstalled Realinfantry v2. Now it always shows as being an installed mod when it isn't. [&:] And it will not let me reinstall since it thinks that it's already there.

Any Suggestions would be much appreciated!

This happens if you have 2 instances of modswap open at once.

be careful not to do it!!!
