im trying to install mega campaign . it keeps saying please insert disk two. help me please

I believe David Heath has contacted you on this...our apologies. This can be casued by your CD - if you have teh opportunity to try installing it on another machine -please let us know the results. Bad disks occasionally happen even with a good CD producer...our apologies, please help us figure out if this is occuring "above the norm" (a percent or two of disks - but means 10 or 15 out of 1000)
