INVALID SERIAL NUMBER - Desparate!

I have tried entering serial number from disc for WaW and it keeps saying invalid. Anyone know the proper way to enter or how many numbers it is????????????????

Make sure you also type in the dashes:

I had the same problem show up some time after my download from the net. But about that time my disc arrived and I reinstalled the game off my disc.........today trying to install the new upgrade1202 I got the same message dashes and all. Hope I don't have to reinstall every update [:(]

thought I'd update my crown of glory, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. entered in the 21 CD number  printed on the cd (there are no dashes).......no dice. Order number no workie either.[/align] [/align]21 numbers  give me a break(got the magnifying glass out). tried to Re-install, Now I got nothing.[:@][/align] [/align]Thank god I don't rely on digital download and pay for the box .[/align]

I finally did it. You have to look up your order number with matrix with your password. It gave me my download serial (works)plus my physicial serial(which doesn't work) Good thing to as I bought this 2 years ago.
