Leap Year

The calendar has a small problem. It fails to acknowledge leap year, Feb 29, as it happens. Regardless ot the turn timeframe it is not calculated in the turn/time count.

This is not a new problem, has existed since TOAW I, but have not brought it up for awhile.

Hi Lou! Good to see you over here. I think it's probably too small an issue to worry about fixing code over, and would be better served by scenario designers starting a scenario a day earlier or ending a day later, if a leap year date is within the campaign being covered.
