Anyway to edit indivdual units..

I read the scenraio editor allows this, but I haven't figured out how I can edit an indivdual unit/plane or whatever. Is this possible?

There are several database editors available, though one comes with the game too.  I will give instructions for the matrix supplied editor:

Open the Database Editor
Click on the File menu and select Load
Select the scenario you want to edit and load it
Once loaded, you have a bunch of buttons at the top of the screen that say Devices, Classes, Ships, etc.
Click on the button for what you want to edit.  Devices is all individual equipment and squads for ships, planes, and land units.  Classes is the ship classes, while Ships is the individual ships.  Similar with Aircraft and Air Groups.  Locations has all land units plus the definition of every base.

If you have selected one of the scenarios that comes with the game, you will need to save it to another slot.  The Matrix supplied scenarios are "Read Only".

Before the new scenario is playable, you will have to open up the Scenario Editor, open the same scenario you did above and save it to the new slot.  The scenario editor has a lot fewer features, it edits meta level scenario things like the replacement pilot pool, length of the campaign, etc.

When you're done, all you have to do is start the game, load the scenario you just edited and play.
