5.2 patch

5.2 patch

I down loaded the patch but my version still say's vs. 5.1, the mega camp. say's vs.5.0
Is there a way to see if the patch was downloaded successfully?

Reinstall patch ensuring you let it install to the default directories. Your main game should say ver 5.2, MegaCampaign will still be ver 5.0 because nothing was changed within it only within the main SPWAW programing. P.S. there is ver 5.3 patch available now you should install also. Where on Long Island are you from? I grew up in North Massapeaqua. Happy gaming

It comes in a compressed zip format. The easiest way is to just double click on it and it should open an unzipping program such as winzip, reveiling an executable program, double click on it and it should run. Just follow the directions (basically informational instuctions) after it starts to run. And poof it should start to automatically update your game with the necessary file updates ending with a conformation to restart your computer when it's done to remove temp files it used during the upgrade.
