Demo or trial or manual available?

Post by blazej »

Hi,

I'm new to Close Combat but I'm quite interested. However, I find it difficult to justify an expense like this without being able to look a bit closer at the game. Are there any plans to release either a demo/trial version of the game, or at least the manual so that people like me can get a feeling of how the game is played, how complex it is etc.?

Best,

this link will give you a demo of the original CC3 game from Microsoft. http://downloads.gamezone.com/demosfiles/t1794.htm

The CoI version is much better.

OK, I downloaded the demo of CC5 to try it out and it looks very interesting.

Question: if I pay for the latest release, will the download include a manual?

A bit of warning, you tried a demo of CC5 but this is CC3 you are buying. Try a demo of CC3 and then decide.

I know it's CC3 I'm buying. I assumed the history of CC was a linear progression, in other words I expected the gameplay and visuals of CC6 to be reasonably close to those of CC5. Am I wrong? But you're right, I will try the CC3 demo.

Cross of Iron isn't 'CC6' (that's a new game under development), but neither is it a straight re-release of CC3. If you liked CC5 you'll like CC3.
