I just bought ans installed Panzer Command, including Net and DX 9 from the CD. I went over to get patches 1.12 and 1.13, and upon initiating the install, was prompted for a serial number.

I used the serial number from the back cover of the game manual and was told that it was an invalid serial number. Well, it was good enough to get the base game installed, but why won't the two patches accept the serial number? Am I missing something?

Hi Redsix,

The serial number that worked to install the game should work for the updates. Please make sure you've got the right one and that you're typing it complete with the dashes. It should be in the following format:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
