ERROR: Rectangle Provided is invalid

Post by andrewsk »

Can anyone help with this? I just bought the game and when I go to the Grand Campaign I get the error "Rectangle Provided is invalid" after troop selection as it starts to load the maps, AI etc.

Thanks

What screen resolution are you using?

From another thread:
Hi. The smallest screen resolution in CC3 are 800*600. If you try to play wiht a smaller map, or sett up the resoolution to more than the map you want to play, you gott "INVALID RECTANGLE ERROR" and the game will crash, boom, bang...
I think the smallest map in CC3 must be 840*600.

So , try lowering your screen rsolution and see if that works.

I tried clicking on "True Update" and got an ERROR MSG stating.... "Download unavailable - Contact MATRIX".

Well?  Does dis game have any patches or updates available or not?

None available that I am aware of apart from the MMCCIII update available from CSO Downloads.

What update where you looking for in particular?

Hi Schrecken,
None specifically. Anytime I get new software, one of the first things I do is check for patches and upgrades simply as a matter of practice.
