Core Provinces

If this game is ever patched again I would like to see a large increase for certain Core Provinces for all of the seven major Empires.

As it stands now, during peace treaty selection, provinces that are crucial to a nation's existance are too cheap to select as a captured province for peace negotiations. In one game, as Prussia, I watched as the other 5 AI nations chopped France asunder. Eventually, France was totally removed from the game.

Then again, when a nation, such as the France in my game, is so very weak and small after losing many wars, perhaps total annihilation is O.K. Otherwise they would just be picked on.

Too bad that France never fought to the bitter end. They just kept surrendering even when they still had Paris province.

Also, removing Leaders is very expensive. Hmm.
