Pacwar Download Problems

I've been unable to download Pacwar from the website for the last week now. I have tried from my computer at home, at work, and a friend's. I keep getting the error message that the page cannot be read. I tested to see if I could get SPWAW, and that downloaded just fine. Any thoughts or ideas?
Also, I told the Help Desk, and there wasn't any response...

I had the same sort of prob for a while until I found that some servers don't recognize download accelerator ( see post). Perhaps you've got something like that?
