Won't update past 5.2

Won't update past 5.2

Installed from the CD, deleted .prf. Repeat with all patches, install,delete,install,delete...
What gives? :(

Double check to make sure that the updates didn't create a sub SPWAW directory within the main one and install updates there. Also when updating and the installer shows the path it's installing to it's critical that you just choose next, don't browse or even click on the this path, for unknown reasons this is how thoses sub directories wind up getting created even if you didn't change the path. Last thing delete the mech.exe file within the main SPWAW directory before you update, this will ensure that you get the updated game engine. Good luck

Forgwt to say that I checked for the nested directory thing. It was the deleting of the mech.exe that escaped me. Everything updated fine after I delted it. Thanks.
