Can't Load Game

I purchased the game in December of last year and havn't played it for afew months. I went to load the game today and the
following message comes up: Run-time error 429 You do not have the appropiate license to use this function.
What does this mean???? I spent alot of time createing my league and don't want to have to reinstall the game.
I still have the email with the serial number. PLEASE HELP!!!!

All you need to do is re-install. It will not impact your existing saved associations. No worries!
