Crash, internal error thing

Right, so I was playing the game and just finished a mission. Game hops back into globe-mode (if that's a word) and *BOOYAKASH*, error and auto-exit.

To my frustration, I have no idea what to prevent this and it seems to happen at 23.50 in the game nomatter what I do. Unfortunately, my mission ends like 20 minutes before this time, so I don't have much time to change anything either..
