Hurt soldiers healed and still hurt after mission

I have seen this problem at least 3 or 4 times. I have soldiers that get hurt in a mission. I use the medkit to heal them (critical wounds and all) and, after the mission is over, they are still reported as hurt and have to spend time in the hospital. Anyone else had this problem? At least a few turns go by between the time I heal them and the time the mission is over. [&:]

On a side note, destroyed my first alien base. Not as hard as alien base missions in X-Com...and you get $400,000 as a reward.

yea, I see that, not sure how or why, sometimes you heal some one and they are fine, other times they got to go to the hosp, I have seen troops with only minor wounds healed, end up in the hosp

Yep. I use the big medkit and heal them to 100% and they still go to the hospital after the mission is over.

(Edit: I should note I've had this problem too...I've just written it off as "well, don't expect a magic medkit to heal EVERYTHING perfectly.)
